Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Eli’s Multiservice LLC. If there is an issue with your order, please read the policy below and contact us so we can help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).
- Certain items such as intimate apparel, underwear, and final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene or clearance reasons.
To start a return, please email us at support@elismultiservicellc.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for your return
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send the package. Customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
- Check with your bank or card company.
- Then contact us at support@elismultiservicellc.com if you still have questions.
